Locate Poco.exe using windows explorer. Right click on it and select "Send To" ->
"Desktop (create shortcut)". Close window explorer, locate the new icon on your desktop, right click
on it and select "Properties". Change the text in the general tab to reflect the purpose (eg: EMail Bob), press the "Shortcut" tab and add the following to the end of the "Target" field:

/m "mailto:someone@somewhere.com"
]]>
Note: There is a blank space before the "/m".
Update: I was experimenting with this today and found that you can use a nickname instead of a
full email address in the above syntax. Eg:
<![CDATA[
/m "mailto:mylove"
]]>
