How do I customize the mailbox index for only one of my mailboxes?
A:
Follow steps 1 through 4 from the instructions for
Tailoring the message index
then:
Close the options window.
Right click on the mailbox in the mailboxes pane.
Select "Properties" from the pop up menu.
Check the "Use custom settings for this mailbox" box.
Uncheck any fields you do not want to see in the index and check the custom field(s) you want displayed.
Close the properties dialog.
Compress
the mailbox.
