Q:	All of a sudden all the icons at the top of my reply window have disappeared. How do I get them back?

A:	You probably inadvertently turned off the toolbar, follow the steps below to restore it: Open a reply window From the "View" window make sure "Show Mail Toolbar" is selected. (There is a check mark beside it). This should restore your icons.
