Poco Import FAQ - How do I import Pegasus mail Poco?

Q: I wish to "upgrade" to Pocomail and I have lots of Pegasus Mail to import. However, the exported mailbox.txt files are not importable to Pocomail.

I realise mailbox mail headers are more complex than that accepted by Pocomail (when I do a reverse export and import of a Pocomail mailbox).

Any help for Pegasus users switching to Pocomail?
