Poco Address FAQ - Sending a Message to a Person in a Mailing List

Q: Can I send mail to a single person in a mailing list?
 
A: Yes, this can be done, to do so:
  1. Display the address book in the address pane.
  2. Scroll down to the group.
  3. Open the group by pressing the "+" sign to the left of the group name.
    Now either:
    1. Double click on the name within the list that you want to send a message to.
      or
    2. Select the entry from the list, right click and select "New Message".
Note: Using the second technique you can select multiple names from the list by holding down the "Ctrl" key while you select them and then right click and select "New Message".
