Poco Mail Composition FAQ - Adding names to mailing lists

Q: I want to create a mailing list. I read in the features: Built-in support for mailing lists (group mailings) - right click on an address to add it to an existing group or remove it from a group. Creating groups could not be simpler: any address book entry with more than one address is considered a group and will show up on pop-up menus. No dialog boxes to thread or text boxes to fill out. *** But if I right click (1 address exist with 2 email addresses, comma separated). I see:
  • new message
  • edit address
  • change icon
  • quick filter
  • copy
  • move
  • view
  • copy nickname
  • copy name
  • copy email
  • delete
***

I still do not find an option to copy a name to a group.

A: A group is an entry in an address book that has multiple entries in the "E-mail" field, each separated by commas. These entries can be email addresses, nick names or even names of other groups.

Once you have created one or more groups in an address book then the "Add Address to Group" and "Remove Address from Group" entries will appear when you right click on an email address (you can either display the headers or click on the name in the "From:" area). The key is where you are clicking, it must be in the message preview pane or in their own window (accessed by double clicking a message in the index).
